Fitting departure

finding the sky,
I thought it would, it might,
certainly never be done.
as the farthest we could see,
was a twinkling sun.
never knew this boy,
but his friends;they said,
“cute and bright and filled with joy,
inspiring everyone he met.”
brave! who could say he was not?
“a wish to catch the lightening,
as it struck by.”
some say his end came young.
to me, he deserved to die.
the untouched soul, the sweet tongue.
what could have been a better accommodation,
than his own place in the sky.
